Shipping policy

Singapore orders

We offer a flat courier rate of S$5 for orders below S$100. Delivery is free for orders S$100 and above, and every subscription box ships free.

Orders within Singapore arrive within 3–5 working days of payment with standard delivery, or within 1–2 working days with Express delivery (S$15), chosen at checkout. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and delivery times may be extended during peak periods.

We do not currently offer self-collection.

International orders

We don't currently ship outside Singapore. International shipping is in the plan — if you're outside Singapore, join the Softly Serious Club and we'll let you know the moment we ship to you.

General notes

UMII is not responsible for unattended delivery packages, incorrect shipping addresses, or failed deliveries. Redelivery costs due to incorrect addresses will not be covered, and refunds will not be issued for returned packages.

If you need your order urgently, write to hello@umiiwellness.com before purchasing and we'll confirm whether your timeframe is feasible.
